Any additional tables, tablecloths etc must be requested on the form below. This needs to be sent back to Scifest Africa by 23 January 2011. Proof of payment for additional equipment hire must reach Scifest Africa by 6 February 2011. If proof of payment is not received NO additional equipment will be supplied. Trestle tables (75cmx180cm) @ R22,00ea per table per day White tablecloths (120cmx200cm) @ R10,00ea per table per day Display boards @ R14,00ea per display board per day Caps @ R55,00ea T-Shirts @ R65,00ea Please note all prices EXCLUDE VAT. Plug points and spotlights will be provided free of charge, but must be requested on the Venue Requirements Form. The Scifest Africa office cannot undertake to provide computers, printers, data projectors, overhead screens, overhead projectors, televisions, DVD players and similar hi-tech equipment, but will assist with locating sources for hire at the exhibitor's expense. Please allow adequate time to make arrangements as some items will have to be procured outside of Grahamstown. LUNCH Lunch tickets may be ordered when returning the Venue Requirements Form. Please remember to book lunch for your whole team (if necessary) and for the number of days they will need lunch. It is important to book lunch tickets in order to help the caterers with numbers per day. Lunch will be R45 (ex VAT) per person per day. Payment deadline 6 February 2011. ADVERTISING DEADLINES If you have booked additional advertising space in the Programme please take note of the specifications and sizes at the end of this document. Please note the deadline for payment is 10 September 2010. Advertising material MUST reach our offices by 27 September 2010. GENERAL INFORMATION Byline The byline for Scifest Africa 2011 is science across cultures. Entrance charges Entrance to all exhibitions is free and exhibitors may not make any charges. Opening hours Opening hours are 09h00-17h00 on 23, 24, 25, 26, 28 and 29 March 2011. All Scifest Africa activities will close at 14h00 on Sunday 27 March. We require that your · exhibition be ready to receive the public by 09h00, 23 March 2011; · must not be taken down before 16h00 on 29 March 2011; · and must be open to the public and properly facilitated during the hours specified above.
